While in Florida this last go around, I met a lady by the name of Barb Barrett who gives smartphone classes to seniors at the local libraries. Her pamphlet explains that “You can use it (smartphone) to keep track of your prescriptions, your health changes, your vital status, and more.” In a phone call, we realized that though, at 41 years old, I may not need all of the apps that she discusses in her senior class, the concept of using apps in midlife and beyond would be beneficial. Ultimately, her class is geared towards “Finding out the best apps & methods to track and improve your health using technology you can hold in your hand.” Who couldn’t use this in their lives? And with that, I give you the list to better your midlife using the following apps:

What’s great about Apps is that a lot of them are free, you can add or delete them as desired and you can choose the ones that best fit your needs.
